New Year, New Blog

You wouldn’t think it would have taken me this long. I’ve been a writer for longer than I want to admit, even longer if you count the stuff I didn’t do for work. I’ve written for company blogs and done a lot of ghost writing. But after 20 years of being on the Internet, I’m going to make a commitment to blogging. That officially makes me the last adult that has never blogged.

What will I blog about? It’s hard to predict, but my guess is that I will probably rant about the technology industry and channel sales and marketing. There may be an occasional recipe or some other food topic as long as I can avoid being featured in Picture of Hipsters Taking Pictures of Food. Perhaps there will be something about our adventures with travel, stand up comedy, music or small-town festivals.

Or maybe I’ll write about my husband and adventure partner, who after years of questioning my bloglessness, bought me a domain and sent me the log in for my WordPress account. (Very subtle.) In any case, it seems that I now have a blog, and as an obsessive person with lots of opinions, I’m going to have to do something with it.
