• Editorial Services Manager – Developed the company’s first editorial services group, overseeing production of hundreds of case studies, brochures, white papers, videos and other collateral in multiple formats
• Enterprise Consultant/Writer – Part of a collaborative team that produces Enterprise Information Assessments for customers seeking a technology road map to guide investments over a three- to five-year period

• Wrote content and designed page layout for case studies, feature stories and analytical articles on document imaging, based on interviews with VARs, end users and vendors.
• Produced media kits (reader studies, editorial calendars, folders and other collateral materials) and e-mail newsletters for Business Solutions magazine.
